Their remote assistance means my computers never have to visit a service center, Supportrix takes care of everything. I have NEVER had a problem their technicians could not solve. They are there for me 24/7 with expert help at a moment’s notice. Supportrix I cannot say enough about this Computer Tech service company.
The techs are the best, very polite and friendly, knowledgeable and super effective, in doing what they do to get me back on track with our laptops and printers. Mac requires additional software in order to record internal audio, such as an Internet stream, since it has no option to record what is being sent to its speakers.
